Copy Requirements
Forestry Journal will accept advertising in a wide variety of formats. PDF format has become the standard (fonts should be embedded and pictures should be four-colour tiffs).The magazine is produced using InDesign, Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator. Please enquire before sending documents and artwork in other formats. Illustrations may be supplied as photographic prints or slides, so that they may be scanned to the appropriate resolution. Please note: illustrations embedded in Word documents cannot be used, the pictures must be supplied separately and must be large enough to be printed at 300dpi at the target size. Low resolution images cannot be accepted and images from digital cameras, derived from non-professional sources, may prove unacceptable. Advertisements can also be made up in-house by Forestry Journal.
